    The top IITs and NITs would be the better option if you choose chemical engineering.
    Apart from IITs and NITs, there are many other reputed universities for chemical engineering.
    Some of them are:
    1) BITS-Pilani:
    Established nearly 50 years ago, it is known for its quality education and the placements.
    The companies like Shell, Unilever, Zuari fertilizers, Reliance, etc., would visit the college for placements. The average package would be around 6-7 LPA.
