Well, for purpose of studying commercial laws that includes a number of laws including corporate law, competition law, labour law, IPR, environmental law etc. The following NLUs can be the best possible choices. -NLSIU, Bangalore -NALSAR, Hyderabad -GNLU, Gandhinagar -WBNUJS, Kolkata -NLU, Delhi -NLU, Jodhpur -RMLNLU, Lucknow The reason why NLUs to be considered top colleges for commercial laws is, because the academic set up of NLUs deals in detail with the commercial laws. It teaches you corporate law for 2 semester dealing with every minute detail. Also, all commercial laws form the core papers and are compulsory including competition and environmental law and IPR. Also, labor laws are dealt for 2 semester for better coverage. Also, IPR is another subject that is taught well and also for environmental law and for other laws, you have classes going for a minimum of 1 semester. Thus, none of the aspects of commercial laws is left out at NLUs Also, these are the subjects that have been prescribed under UGC and BCI guidelines and, thus they need to be taught. Thus, NLUs seem to be the best place to learn commercial laws.
