Hey there, For the purpose of the corporate law, I'd advise you to go for any of the NLUs as the focus towards every law specialisation is phenomenal there. Also, various NLUs offer specialization in the 4th year wherein a specialization in corporate law could also be taken for better exposure to the subject. Also, there is a belief that during placements most of the law firms focus on questions based on corporate law and thus every NLU takes more pain towards the subject so that better placement numbers can be achieved. Also, the corporate law faculty members at various NLUs are themselves independent directors of companies and also have practical exposure to the field of corporate law. So, I would advise you to go for the top NLUs and apart from NLU, every other private institute which has a good placement structure can also be taken up as its a sign for corporate law to be taught in a better way.
