    Central: ITM University, Raipur - School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. North:
    IMS Unison University, Dehradun
    South: CAI, Hyderabad
    East: NIPS Hotel Management
    West: ITM-IHM, Mumbai.

    Culinary arts- Every activity related to cooking is included in it: preparation, cooking, presentation, table setting, etc.
    This is an integral part of any hotel that holds a reputation in the industry hence the level of the people in the department is selected with utmost care.
    Culinary arts can be learned along with the 3-4 year HM degrees that you can pursue but in case of specialisation, there are some institutes that are renowned for training in culinary arts. These include:
