Which are the best colleges for Diploma, certification and vocational courses regarding IT and computer-related subjects?

I've done 12th with PCM in 2015 with 62% & was doing B.Sc after that but left it due to some reason. I always had an interest in the computers and IT sector but couldn't get a good college that hit me hard. Now I want to go again with my interest so that I can build my own work with unique ideas.
