    No college or university whatsoever is recognised to offer LLM through distance of online mode in India as per the latest 2023 UGC guidelines.

    Those preaching otherwise are making a fool of you. I myself am desirous of pursuing LLM through distance but cannot do so.

    Hey there,
    There are however, limited no. of universities or colleges offering the same.
    ICFAI, Dehradun is one such good college as I personally know some of the aspirants pursuing LLM through Distance learning from there. Also, the college has the academic process almost similar to a regular course and except classes, you get the reading material as well as study material. The duration however is 2 years.
    Also, you are required to submit dissertations which only happen in a regular course.
    So, I believe it would be a good choice.
    Also, IGNOU Delhi also offers the course as it is known by many for its distance course.
