No college or university whatsoever is recognised to offer LLM through distance of online mode in India as per the latest 2023 UGC guidelines.
Those preaching otherwise are making a fool of you. I myself am desirous of pursuing LLM through distance but cannot do so.

There are however, limited no. of universities or colleges offering the same.
ICFAI, Dehradun is one such good college as I personally know some of the aspirants pursuing LLM through Distance learning from there. Also, the college has the academic process almost similar to a regular cours
