    NAEMD/NAME/NIEM are good institutes for setting a career in event industry because it gets you internships in event management companies, some general theory about events as well as contacts with other people in the industry.
    Having said that, the experience is the only way up in the event management industry.
    You will start as an intern (mostly paid nothing or very little for your help) to begin with. As you get better and get more events done, you can move up the ladder - probably take up a full-time position at one of these companies.

    Many universities provide different courses for event management that help brush these qualities. There are courses from Diploma to Degree to Post Graduation. Majorly there are three types of event management courses; Diploma in Event Management (DEM), Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management (PGDEM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising, Media & Event Management (PGDAME).
