I'm currently in final year of BMS and working at upgrading my profile. I do have decent amount of time in my hand since I'll be applying in fall 2019 after getting a year of work experience.

Some of the top universities for MBA Marketing are Stanford, University of California- Berkeley (Haas) and University of California Los Angeles. But you should not keep yourself limited to only California so other top MBA Marketing schools which you can check are University of Chicago (Booth), University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), Northwestern University etc. Please check the university websites carefully for admission requirements, since you hold a 3-year degree you have to check the requirements properly.
