Which are the best colleges for MBA or PGDM in Dehradun and Chandigarh for HR field?

No college is good in Dehradun for MBA. You can take admission in Chandigarh University. Its placement is higher as CU also has tie ups with foreign colleges. Recently, one of my friend's sisters got placed with a good package in TATA from MBA department. Many more companies visited this year in CU.
