Which are the best colleges for MBA providing construction management & real estate management?

I have scored 64% in B.Tech in civil engineering, 8.8 CGPA in X and 71% in XII. What is the CAT cut-off for government colleges providing the same in Delhi NCR?

Construction management is not offered as an MBA specialisation. However, NICMAR is the best institute to pursue PG in construction management.
