    Mechatronics is a field which is gaining more reputation these days though it was available before 1-2 decades.
    The reason for its popularity is due to the increase in automation. Nowadays people are deprived of their jobs in IT sectors due to this automation impact.
    But mechatronics deals with this automation, mainly robots and the machinery so that, the people would be able to survive in a job.

    The Oxford college of engineering Bangalore is also offering the mechatronics course. The department has experienced staff and good infrastructure. In the VTU conducted examination it is getting good results each year with ranks. The department is also accredited by NBA.
