Which are the best colleges in Delhi NCR that I can get without JEE having a low fee for B.Tech CS?
I have completed my 12th with 67% from Bihar board.

Hello Aanand,
Admissions without JEE Mains or CET are possible, but very few seats in very few colleges are normally filled like this, which are cheap. But, you need to have outstanding class 12th result. However, if you are willing to pay little more, than management quota seats are available.
