IITs and NITs are the best colleges and state colleges like:
1. DTU.
2. NSIT.
3. IIIT D are the best to get admission. You need to qualify for JEE Mains and advance. For NIT and state colleges, JEE Mains is enough.

Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology are the best institutes. Else, you have BITS and some renowned private universities and colleges. Normally, we have JEE exam but some universities might ask you to appear for their own test.

IIT and NIT is the best for CSE engineering and also some private college. But you have to qualify for IIT JEE exam and all state engineering exam to get admission.
