Which are the best colleges in North and South India to study aerospace engineering?

Obviously first comes all the IIT s , NIT s etc,. Then in south, Hindustan, park, rvs, kumaruguru, vellore institute of technology etc. I am not much aware about the colleges in north other than IITs.
