Which are the best colleges in North India to pursue engineering?

I want to get admission in a college with good placement assistance.

Hello Shristi, IITs, followed by NITs and IIITs are definitely the top colleges for B.Tech (engineering). However, getting through to these colleges isn't easy. If you're interested in private colleges, there are hundreds of private colleges in India which provide quality education and placements.
