Which are the best colleges that I can get for CSE with 65 marks in JEE Mains along with a rank of 40000 in TS EAMCET?

I've got 87.5% in inter.

Hey,
If you have any reserved category then you can try to get CSE at NITs, visit josaa.nic.in for the opening and closing ranks of NITs. TS EAMCET rank is also too high. Check the college predictor of EAMCET.
