Hello Praveen, You have a good total and cut off marks. But, the admission is based on your caste like BC, MBC etc., so mention your caste as each caste has a specific cut off marks for admission into a college. You are advised to apply for Anna University counselling for admission into Anna Univers

For BC, the cut-off to get the best college will be 195-197. So I think you cannot get a top college. Aee this link to know the cut-off of some good colleges www.cutoffmarks.com. if you want you try to apply under management quota for some good college, you can only get a decent college like Rajalak
