It depends on what degree you are seeking. Most of the universities in India offer a graduation degree (BA) with Geography as a subject (Often Geography as the major subject in the third year).
Delhi University known for its arts courses offer geography in some 11 colleges, out of which Kirorimal and Miranda House are considered fairly good overall.
BHU offers a B.Sc in geography as well, they too have some great faculty.
Rest of the traditional and old universities offer geography as a subject in BA.
