Which are the best colleges to pursue B.Tech in mechanical engineering through lateral entry?

My preferred states are College in Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana and UP.

    Go for LPU, it is the best option for B.Tech specially CSE.
