Which are the best colleges to pursue B.Tech without giving JEE Mains entrance exam?

BITS Pilani has its own entrance exam, and it is similar for VIT, Thapar University and Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune more or less if you want to pursue B.Tech you have to give an entrance exam, either JEE Mains or any other. -
Many states have this last round of counselling in which they allot seats on the basis of 12th percentage but these are the seats which are left by students so chances of getting a seat with good branch in a nice college is a bit difficult and luck dependent.
