Which are the best colleges to pursue BE or B.Tech?

I have done Diploma in electrical engineering and scored 66 percent marks. I have a work experience of 7 years.

    Looking at your work experience, I don't think you will face any problem in your career. In India, we have IITs and NITs for engineering. It is not easy to get there, but yes it is worth a try.
    You can also do it from some private university like Chitkara in North. You will definitely have an advantage over others in the placement process, wherever you go.

    All IIT and NIT are the first priority for engineering, then there are many private colleges with good reputation.
