Hi , there are very few good colleges which offers M.Plan program. Some of them are IIT-Kharagpur IEC-Indraprastha Engineering College Delhi, Anna University , School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, MNIT, UPES School of Planning & Architecture Dehradun. These are known for strong curriculum, faculty and placements. Admissions are already going on so you need to visit the official websites of these colleges and apply .Good Luck :)
