Which are the best countries for me to pursue a Masters degree?
I have got 69% in 10th, 82% in 12th, 70.5% aggregate in B.Com, 7 band score in IELTS and zero work experience.

You haven't specified the program to suggest you appropriately. Basis the grades, you may look options in Australia, UK, Singapore and New Zealand.
