Dear as far as better and good package Job concern, you can go for MBA (HR, not finance because your basic background is not A/c s) provide you have to take entry through CAT or IAM which weights more . MCA can be kept for 2nd Priority.More over you can think for BE 3rd Sem ,available after B.Sc Ma

as u r from science stream,mca may suit well and it may be quite adjustable to u
