For the time, you can either do your MCA or M.Sc. And later on, you can go for your M.Tech. Once you are an M.Tech, you will be equivalent to an engineer.

it would be good if u will go for MCA as u have done your Bachelor in the same field.. you'll be preferred first as u have acquired the knowledge in the very same field... MBA is also a good option but since u have done BCA , MCA is the best option.
