Hi Vijay,
Cloud computing is the delivery of computing and storage capacity as a service to a community of end-recipients. The name comes from the use of a cloud-shaped symbol as an abstraction for the complex infrastructure it contains in system diagrams. Cloud computing entrusts services with a user's data, software and computation over a network.There are three types of cloud computing:
1.Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),
2.Platform as a Service (PaaS), and
3.Software as a Service (SaaS).
Employers will want you to have exposure to or experience working with the technologies of one of the four big cloud computing companies: Amazon, Google, Microsoft or Salesforce.com, and/or experience working with virtualization technologies such as that of VMWare.
Other requirements may include:
BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science or related field;
Network and security architecture experience;
Experience with a cloud migration, data center migration, or server consolidation project;
Knowledge of and experience with technologies such as Java, Web services, SOAP and Ajax;
communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organization.
