Which are the best distance colleges for M.Sc?

I have done B.Sc in MLT and am now doing B.Ed & want to do M.Sc via distance. But I'm confused to select my M.Sc subject? Should I choose M.Sc in IB, botany, zoology or microbiology? Out of these, what will be more helpful for me in future if I choose to teach in school?
