Which are the best engineering colleges I may get admission?

I got 20marks in jee mains and 70.02% in 12th bihar board and 71.6% in pcm. which best engineering college i get? i belong to OBC categories. i want to now which engineering college i get on this basis for b.tech courses

In those marks marks i don't think you will get a better college with desired course.so it is better that you may go for a repeat the entrance exam .you may get a fine college and course next year.
