Which are the best engineering colleges I may get admission?

There are no substitutes for IISc and IITs in our country. Besides we have BITS, NITs, IIESTs, University run Schools of Engineering, State Government owned engineering colleges, aided private colleges, Self financing colleges etc in our country in almost all states. In Kerala, top institutions offering B Tech level of courses include Colleges of Engineering at Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kannur, Idukki, Wayanad, Palakkad, Kozhikode etc and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology at Kottayam run by the state, aided colleges like MA College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, NSS College of Engineeering, Palakkad etc. and MES College of Engineering at Kuttipuram. Besides we have self financing colleges run by various governmental agencies and private self financing colleges ever growing in number in Kerala. Altogether there are more than 150 engineering colleges in Kerala.
