    Hi Yash,
    There are any good engineering colleges apart from IIT/NIT or BITS Pilani. You can consider DTU, VIT, Thapar University and MIT Manipal for admission. There are many central universities that are also decent. The colleges in Delhi NCR under AKTU( formerly UPTU) like AKG, KIET, JSS, GCET can also be looked upon.You can choose from them as per your preference of streams and location.

    Other colleges include VIT (some specific branches), DTU, COMEDK colleges, etc.

    See, there are many private colleges which you can join but in private colleges, you should pay more attention to the placement percentage in the branch you are choosing. But if you want to study in deep and make your own inventions then you should choose a college with good infrastructure like the modern machine no matter how the placements are.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
