Which are the best engineering colleges to pursue M.Tech in civil engineering without GATE?

Most of the renowned colleges accept GATE only and there are some universities and colleges where 50% seats are for non-GATE candidates. You should try the departmental entrance examination &/or interview in central universities. For example, AMU; JMI; etc. If like my answer, select it best answer.
