Which are the best European countries for woman to study and settle?

I'm 20 years old and pursuing final year of Bachelors in banking and insurance. I like Discipline. I like 9-5 job and not a fast paced life like US.

UK is the best.

In that case Canada is also a good option. Immigration is also competitively very easy.
