Which are the best government colleges for MBA which gives admission without CAT or MAT exam?

Some colleges gives admission based on state entrance instead of cat and mat. But to get a reputed college its better to appear cat and mat. Government colleges like calcutta university, bhu, amu, central universities, jamia, fms(new delhi), pondicherry university offers mba. All the best.
