Which are the best government colleges of india ?

I got 8.2 cgpa in 10th ciass and got very less marks in JEE(mains).

Besides IIT AIEEE almost all states have their technical universities and are producing good engineers

IITs, NITs, IIITs are best in order. If you are not selected for JEE(Adv), you can apply for state univs too.
