    Many government colleges in India are having a beautifully designed campus and having a good environment, here are few of the best colleges having a good infrastructure:-
    1. Indian Institute of Technology-BombayThe campus is divided into clusters of buildings. The academic area chiefly comprises the main building, various departmental annexes and auditoria. There are a total of 16 hostels, of which two hostels (Hostels 10 and 11) and a part of the newly constructed hostel (Hostel 15) are for female students.

    Hello dear,
    There are ample of engineering colleges which are good in terms of infrastructure and study environment, the benefit of government institutes is the fee structure is very less compared to private and students are free to pursue their dreams but for getting into government institute, it requires to clear the competitive examinations. well some of the colleges are:
    1. IITs and NITs (all the Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology are situated at good places with great infrastructure and having good study environment).

    There are many government colleges that have taken place in the top rankings of the engineering colleges. The government colleges are better than the private colleges/universities in many aspects like fees, infrastructure, accreditation, and reputation.
    The primary thing is that the government colleges are affordable.

    All the old government engineering colleges are having nice infrastructure and the best study environment. Those colleges are like historical places. As soon as you enter the class, you get that typical engineering student feel. The overall campus is designed very nicely in such colleges.
    I've visited IIT-Bombay and College of Engineering, Pune (COEP). There I had the same feeling as described above. They are having very good study environment!
