One thing is clear; you can't claim admissions based on your JEE Mains score as you got below 75%. However, if you fall under govt. category you can definitely get admissions in NIT's. To get admissions through JEE main marks you should have scored a minimum of 75% in your boards. But you mentioned that you got only 70%. You should mention which state you are from. There are very very good govt Engineering colleges. Please change your mind set.
