Which are the best government or private colleges to pursue civil engineering?

As per my experience as an educator in last 16 years, IITs, BITs, PEC, Thapar, some NITs like Suratkhal, Trichy and Warangal, LPU, MNIT, etc. Are the best ones to pursue this course. The admissions to all of these are on basis of JEE Mains/Advanced, BITSAT LPU NEST etc. Do check you eligibility even if you are an average students and apply for entrance examinations. Who knows you may get into some top name like LPU or MNIT.
