IIT-Bombay is best for CSE as it is having good academic background with good placements which is very essential for getting jobs in companies. So, it's better to prefer IIT-Bombay. Try hard and achieve the best.

IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi are best for computer Science engineering, because of their good placement record and good course curriculum.

IIT Guwahati
IIT Hyderabad
IIT Roorkee, ISM Dhanbad, IIT-BHU (and new IITs). .
