Private colleges like BITS, VIT, KIIT, etc. are also good options to pursue CSE.

IIT Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur (almost equal) IIT Madras IIT KGP IIT Guwahati IIT Hyderabad IIT Roorkee, ISM Dhanbad, IIT-BHU (and new IITs). .
