If you have hungry of Money HR is not right on the other hand if you want to enjoy office life then only HR is preferable. Again Most company dont prefer Guy in HR department.

HR is essentially a support process and not a revenue generation process and therefore some companies may adopt a tendency to invest the least in them compared to other processes. A fresher in the beginning in a corporate set up may earn less. But in HR as the experience grows you earn more and more

If you are planning to opt HR then you need to think about some drawbacks of choosing HR. Number of opening in HR jobs are less, Career growth is also low, opportunities for male candidates are less in HR. Take your decision after analyzing all the factors. All the Best.
