B.Com stands for Bachelors of commerce. It is a 3 years graduation course. It is not a job oriented course. You should go for MBA after B.Com for a decent job, but if you want a job after B.Com, you can start preparing for government jobs after B.Com. Some of the best colleges are:- Amity University
