I agree with shiksha expert and Ashish that IIMs, FMS, TISS, etc are the best institutes for MBA as well as that you need to clear written test, GDPI for admission to MBA.
But you can also give a thought to some of the reputed private universities of the country like Manipal, Lovely, Galgotia etc that are also offering admissions on the basis of GDPI or marks in graduation or their own tests.
Some of these universities also have scholarship schemes for there students.
    Best of luck.

Let me tell you that there are many colleges for MBA/ PGDM but you need to consider that the following things. I would strongly recommend you to visit the college and possibly enquire about the 3 different criteria
    1. The course structure and recognition
    2. Course fee and affiliation
    3. The Placements
To know all this, its is very important to Pay a visit to the college and ask the counselor what the College Vision is and the questions listed above.
    College should be good.
U must have heard Sri Sharda Institute of management & Technology Lucknow. This institute provide quality education.
    Just visit college website.
    Good luck
  • As you have asked which are the best institutes in India, let me tell you there are certain factors on which one should put importance before they take admission in any college. This include proper education, facilities, faculties , curriculum as well as placements which is most important for a student. Apart from this, location plays an important role. For a student safety matters a lot. So before enrolling in any college, a student must take into consideration all these factors.
