Which are the best MBA universities abroad that don't mind work experience and whats the best time to apply to those worth universities?

I am planning to give GRE, GMAT and TOEFL for studying MBA abroad.

    Getting acceptance in university like Harvard, MIT, University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, and London Business School is next to impossible. The best course that is available as a fresher is M.Sc. University of East London, UK and UCL, Canada. These two universities accept Fresher MBA but believe me they are nothing in compared to other MBA providing universities.

    Many top ranked universities like Harvard, MIT, University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, London Business School can accept freshers but the applicant has to be highly and extremely brilliant. If you check their MBA pages you can check these. A number of reputed and decent options include Boston University, Drexel University, Anglia Ruskin University etc. Besides these top ranked universities there are several tier 2 and low ranked universities which are open to freshers.
