Hi Balpreet, As a commerce student, you can pursue account related programs such as BS accounting, BS finance, etc. You can take either TOEFL or IELTS. SAT is not a requirement for Canadian Universities, unless they specify on their websites. A score of 9 in IELTS indicates excellent English skills
