Which are the best options to pursue B.Tech through distance education with less fee structure?

I completed my diploma in electronics.

    Brother, don't go for B.Tech using distance education. Today regular course B.Tech has no value, there is no benefit to do B.Tech, instead, you can take a job oriented programme which costs you 30k to 40k.
