I have heard a lot about the Llyod Law college, Jamima Millia Islamia Law college and College of Legal Studies (UPES-Dehradun) for BA LLB. These are the very good in terms of faculty, curriculum and infrastructure. And among these UPES is known for its specialized LLB programs such as BA LLB with specialization in Energy Law and BA LLB with the specialization in Criiminal Law. These institutes conduct their individual entrance exams for admission apart from CLAT/LSAT scores criteria. You can sit in their entrances for admission.
