Hi Pratik,
Most product design courses are offered in conjunction with industrial design. You need to be more specific with your requirements here, are you looking for an engineering degree? Are you looking for an MS? Nevertheless here are some choices:

You must take the GRE, portfolio requirements would be there but university specific, you must go through the admission requirements carefully.
