You should have a basic knowledge of C and C+ and polished skills in Python and Java for a good job. You can polish your skills by doing practice on Code Chef.

Your basics need to be very strong on C, C+, Java, and Python. Moreover, a good job doesn't depend on the number of programming languages you know but depends on the knowledge application in real-world problems or solving problems faced in IT sector with any programming language.

As far as programming is concerned, you should have command on c, c+, Java, python. And, an experience of competitive coding. You can avail that at hackerrank, hackerearth, my captain programming courses. All the best.
