Which are the best reference book for the medical aspirant?

I am a medical aspirant studying in class XII presently that too in state board and passed out class X and XI with 85% and 71% respectively . There are lots of reference bookin the market, but i wanted to know which is the best so thet i could prepare for the various entrance exams.
