Hi Priti, the best for fine arts courses are University of the Arts London - Camberwell College of Arts. UOAL is known for its high repute in Arts and design related courses. Ther eare lots of colleges and universities that provide fine arts courses but a spcialisation in Painting is a rare one.

hello Priti, rather than a college a University is always a better option for you to choose Glasgow School of arts is excellent as well University of Wales cardiff
